Please don’t mess this up for me

I have been thinking about when to cycle again.

I had July in the back of my mind. Hopefully that would be enough of a break for my body and mind. Then I hit a snag. The timing of our trip to C.roatia meant that I would either have to be away during the 2ww or wait till August as my July period would come when I was away. I couldn’t believe a 4/5 day trip could cause so much havoc.

You may wonder why being away during the 2ww would be an issue. Well, its the annual M.astercard trip, and they really go to town on looking after the spouses. We go on fabulous trips during the day and then meet up with hubbys/wives in the evening for more spoiling which usually involves lots of champagne and other delicious alcoholic treats. I just don’t want to restrict myself AGAIN for what probably be a wasted cycle. I’d rather wait till August and enjoy myself when we are away.

Then I did a rough calculation of when my July period might come. If I was lucky it could be a day before we come home, which would be great as I could have a Day 2 or 3 scan as soon as I get back and then go straight into a cycle.

Obviously the plan can only come true if my cycles drop back in line and I know that my next period will really give me an idea of timescales. I predicted it would be the 1st of May…..1st of May is good for timings.

The spanner in the works could be the period pains I have today. Damn.
